Please note that on Wednesdays and Saturdays, lash appointments are only available at 9:00am. Any appointments booked after 9:00am on these days will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Deposit policy: A $20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. No appointment will be scheduled without the deposit. The $20 deposit will be applied toward your service cost. Please note, if the deposit is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed. Late arrival policy: For lash appointments, a 15-minute grace period will be granted. For wax appointments, a 10-minute grace period will be provided. If you arrive later than the designated grace period, your appointment will be canceled. A new appointment will then need to be scheduled, and a new deposit may be required. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality. Cancellation policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $20 deposit, which is non-refundable. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will need to reschedule your appointment and provide a new deposit.
